Role Overview

What You Will Do

Perform a variety of tasks associated with harvest activities, general plant, field, and warehouse operations, including monitoring equipment, product return and sorting, and warehouse activities.

We seek applicants with a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment. You should be comfortable with technology, possess good communication skills, and be willing to work a rotating shift and overtime hours.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid US Driver's License
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
• Good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime hours
