Production Technician

Role Overview

Join our team at Corteva Agriscience in York, NE to help grow what's next in agriculture. We're looking for a Production Technician to run process equipment, ensure quality compliance, and support preventative maintenance. This role will be on-site at our Corteva location.

What You Will Do

Run process equipment, ensure quality compliance, collect and record data, support preventative maintenance, assist with warehousing activities, use automation and computerized systems, perform field management activities, and assist with harvest activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet and dry conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Comfortable with technology (computers, iPads, etc)
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain an organized workplace
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proactive, able to communicate concerns, and accepting of change
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime hours as needed
