Manager, Professional Services (WDG)

Cyncly is seeking a Manager, Professional Services to lead a delivery team and meet utilization and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing resource planning, forecasting, project execution quality, and financial hygiene, and requires experience in leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams and expertise in resource management and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading Professional Services or Consulting delivery teams
• Proven expertise in resource management and forecast accuracy
• Strong command of PSA/ERP workflows (preferably Certinia)
• Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in Excel/BI
• Effective partner to Finance, RevOps, and Product
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational discipline
