Job Description
Daniels Health is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to drive excellence in sales performance by ensuring the sales team is well-trained, motivated, and equipped to exceed revenue goals. The role focuses on connecting training to performance, embedding accountability, and implementing structured coaching and performance improvement frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, training compliance, or performance management.
- Proven ability to connect training outcomes to business KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and reinforcement best practices.
