Dash0 is scaling its outbound engine in the US and we're looking for an SDR Manager to build, lead, and develop our Sales Development team in New York. You'll own the team that creates the top of funnel for both our Commercial and Enterprise sales motions β turning outbound activity into qualified pipeline that fuels Dash0's growth in the US market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 1β2 years managing or leading an SDR team at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of building or scaling outbound teams that consistently hit pipeline targets.
- Strong coaching and people development skills β you get energy from helping reps grow into AEs.
- Experience with modern outbound tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset β you manage by metrics and use data to diagnose and improve team performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
