Customer Service Representative (German)

Role Overview

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy as a German-speaking Customer Representative in Porto, Portugal. The role involves handling incoming contacts from bank clients via phone, chat, and email, providing excellent customer service, and presenting the product range in a sales-oriented way.

What You Will Do

Handle incoming contacts, provide customer service, and present product range. Use adequate tools and processes to ensure accurate information. Identify and solve customer issues in the first contact.

Requirements

• Native/fluent in German both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
