Customer Service Representative (German)

Role Overview

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy as a German speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. Work on-site and handle customer interactions across various communication channels.

Requirements

• Native / fluent in German both verbal and written
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
