Experience in reviewing and negotiating B2B contracts, SaaS contracts, and excellent communication skills are required.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer or comparable with an above-average degree
- At least five years of experience working in internal legal departments (preferably in a technology company)
- Understanding of the challenges of a fast-growing company
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating B2B contracts
- Experience with SaaS contracts
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with the GTM team
- Ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
