The successful candidate will be the local technical expert and strategic advisor to customers, driving adoption and satisfaction. The role requires 8+ years of professional experience in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation roles within a SaaS or cloud technology company.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation roles within a SaaS or cloud technology company
- Proven track record operating in complex enterprise sales cycles, partnering closely with account executives, product teams, and customer stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Extensive hands-on experience leading customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and large-scale deployments, including responsibility for technical win strategy
- Deep technical proficiency, including practical expertise with REST APIs, identity and access management (IAM), SSO/SAML/OAuth/OpenID, and integration patterns across modern SaaS architectures
- Ability to master new technologies rapidly and contribute to the development of scalable pre-sales methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, security, risk, and compliance processes, with experience guiding customers through detailed security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and RFP/RFI processes
- Business fluency in English and Japanese
