The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Solvos Staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. This is a consultative sales role that requires the ability to clearly articulate the value of Solvos workforce solutions, align client expectations with service deliverables, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Identify revenue opportunities, achieve sales targets, develop solution expertise, deliver client presentations, collaborate with internal teams, maintain Salesforce accuracy, complete administrative requirements, and participate in sales activities.
This role requires a proactive sales drive, negotiation and closing expertise, opportunity management, adaptability, effective communication, organizational skills, CRM proficiency, professional conduct, and crossfunctional collaboration.
