Job Description
The Mike Anderson's Prep Cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing various food products according to a Daily Prep List, using standardized recipes and kitchen equipment. This role requires a commitment to cleanliness, adherence to kitchen rules, and efficient workflow. The position reports to the Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
