Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours, follow a schedule, and be punctual. Experience in hospitality is preferred. Clear communication with service staff is essential
Mike Anderson's Bartender
Bartending experience of 3-5 years. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Systems. Passion for Classic Cocktails and excellent people skills
Mike Anderson's Service Manager
High school diploma required. ServSafe certification & experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office & good interpersonal/organizational skills are needed
Mike Anderson's Oyster Shucker
1-2 yrs oyster shucking experience, eagerness to learn, and physical ability to lift & stand for 8 hours. Good understanding of cooking methods
Mike Anderson's Line Cook
1-2 yrs line cook experience is helpful, but not required. Must be reliable with schedules, be punctual and follow instructions
