The General Manager I position at HMSHost is responsible for managing a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants, ensuring high operational and financial standards, and making great leadership decisions. The GM is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including staffing, deployment, and product availability.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant P&L management experience
- 5-7 years of overall working restaurant experience
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of the time-based experience requirement
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Demonstrates knowledge of HMSHost policies and products, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
