Customer Service Specialist - IAM

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio, providing valuable insights to Major Account Managers, and building solid long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service
• Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
