We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Pyrmont, New South Wales, Australia. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight, providing valuable insights to Account Managers, and building solid long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service
- Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
- A high level of motivation and energy with a strong focus on achieving outstanding customer experience results
