We are looking for a solution-focused, curious and analytical Major Account Manager to join our high performing and customer-centric Service Delivery Team in Moorabbin. As a Major Account Manager, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain.
Requirements
- Build strong long lasting multi-level relationships with customers
- Contact customers on a regular basis to ensure clarity on projects and timeline
- Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence
- Provide continuous improvement from a business perspective and demonstrate understanding of our customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy
- Deliver a no better experience resulting in the ongoing improvement of our NPS results
- Focus on delivering the best logistics experience at all aspects of the supply chain resulting in the retention and extension of accounts
- Provide insightful and value add reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies
