Job Description
Element is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to manage Purchase-Related Revenue (“PRR”) and Purchase-Related Income (“PRI”) generated from supplier relationships. The role requires strong Excel skills, management accounting concepts, and analytical skills to provide high-impact analyses and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, management accounting, commercial/operations analytics, procurement/sourcing analytics, or a closely related field
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, nested logic, lookups/INDEX-MATCH, basic modelling)
- Strong understanding of management accounting concepts, including revenue recognition at a management-reporting level, gross margin analysis, and variance analysis
