Job Description
Elite is a trusted automation platform for law firm operations, and as a Client Account Executive, you will own the commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of law firm clients and prospects. You will engage senior decision-makers, guide them through complex buying decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Legal Tech, or Professional Services
- Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
