Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial development and expand its presence in the Mexican market, focusing on Monterrey and Guadalajara.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico
- Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory
- Experience in consultative sales and long-term relationship development
- Autonomous, results-oriented profile with an entrepreneurial mindset
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments
