Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Mexican market, focusing on Monterrey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico and a proven track record of building long-term relationships with Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico
• Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market
• Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory
• Experience in consultative sales and long-term relationship development
• Autonomous, results-oriented profile with an entrepreneurial mindset
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments
