Job Description
The Service Manager - Charging Infra will work with the After Sales team to increase Exponent Energy's market share in Bengaluru and beyond, implementing processes for charging station operations and driving cross-functional resolution on customer experience issues.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end processes for charging station operations
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring activities
- Establish governance for software integrations and field team tools
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Work with manufacturing and quality teams
- Act as a bridge between field teams and central functions
- Streamline Cross-Team Program Management
- Define key KPIs for charging station operations
- Build and maintain dashboards to track station performance
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train field and operations teams on new processes and tools
- Lead process adoption and change management initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard common vendors/partners for charging station installation and service execution
