Social Work Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team specialist team, working in Fife to support young people leaving care to progress into their own tenancy.

Requirements

• Experience of working with young people leaving care.
• Experience of both child and adult protection processes.
• Knowledge of, and skills in, using IT and basic audio-visual technology and/or be enthusiastic about developing these.
• Organisational skills, ability to manage and prioritise workload, experience of making effective decisions.
• Ability to evidence continuous professional development
• Ability to be innovative and be creative.
• Team working skills (work together)
• Ability to travel throughout Fife.
