Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist supports the Financial Advisor(s) in the prospecting, marketing, sales and service of investment products while consistently meeting a high level of service and client engagement.

Requirements

• Oversee and manage new client onboarding process
• Prepare key documents and presentations for client meetings
• Fulfill client requests and resolve service-related issues
• Utilize workflows to coordinate service activities and delegate appropriate tasks to team members
• Perform trades for client requests and advisor instructed portfolio management
• Discuss investment related products in alignment with advisor’s recommendation/strategy for clients
• Maintain and organize client files and records
• Generate and manage Client Experience Plan via Touchpoint Management
• Communicate regularly with clients via various channels
• Organize and attend appreciation and education events
• Support Financial Advisors activities to provide education and appreciation to Experience Center partners
• Track and contact new leads from referrals or educational opportunities
• Provide occasional mentorship and support to less experienced associates
• Execute administrative & operational tasks, as assigned
