Job Description
The Customer Success Manager supports one of our portfolio products, AccessIt Library, ensuring strong partnerships with key customers and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. This role is responsible for managing renewals, providing best practices, and driving adoption of Follett Software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Library/Information Science, Education, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years' experience in customer success/account management in support of revenue clients
- Experience working in a school or the education market is preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM is preferred
