Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
- Conduct regular client business reviews to assess satisfaction, identify gaps, and suggest technology improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop account plans aligned with client goals and GAM Tech’s strategic offerings.
- Drive renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve client concerns.
- Coordinate with the Service Delivery team to ensure seamless communication and escalation handling.
- Stay current on industry trends, cybersecurity developments, and MSP best practices.
