Sr. Business Development Representative

The Sr. Business Development Representative is responsible for generating a quality new business pipeline for the sales force through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts.

Requirements

• Develop rapport with contacts by offering resources and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process
• Transform Marketing leads to sales opportunities by educating and challenging prospective buyers
• Partner with field sales representatives on targeting account planning and competitive strategies
• Engage in outbound prospecting including cold calling and leveraging intent data to generate interest
• Assist in live inbound chats and phone calls and follow-up via phone and email on leads from the web, events, email campaigns, etc.
• Follow best practices for maintaining Salesforce.com database accuracy and completeness
• Expand on crucial buying personas and units in target companies via internal and external subscription databases, LinkedIn, etc.
• Engage with social media channels to develop relationships and interact with prospects and customers effectively
