Requirements
- 2-4 years HR experience at an administrator / coordinator level
- Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Experience responding to employee entitlement queries
- Understanding of basic employment legislation
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Clear and practical communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff across all levels of the business
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with guidance
- Current driverâs licence and own transport
