Chef De Cuisine

Gracious Hospitality Management is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead their culinary team and execute their vision for hospitality and culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fine dining. They will be responsible for menu planning, kitchen operations, and employee supervision, as well as promoting a profitable and financially stable operation.

Requirements

• Develop and implement operating standards for the Culinary Department
• Ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to specifications or request
• Establish line check procedure to ensure DOH compliance
• Manage relationships with food vendors
• Implement waste tracking system
• Manage GL accuracy for all culinary products
• Maintain and utilize daily, weekly, quarterly and annual financial reporting tools
• Ensure proper team member coverage per the needs of business
• Hire, train, supervise, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate all BOH hourly and salaried GHM employees
