We are a forward-thinking food service management company seeking a skilled Cook/Chef to prepare delicious meals. The ideal candidate is experienced, able to multitask, and possess good communication skills.

Requirements

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new menu items and improve existing recipes
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
• Prepare, portion, cook food items for various meal periods or special events
• Follow basic recipes and production information
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Follow all company HACCP and safety policies
