
Job description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the independent care of a portfolio of around 20 customers, primarily in the DACH region, with a focus on direct customer contact, negotiation, and number handling. You will work closely with the Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Your goals and tasks include caring and developing existing customers, ensuring successful onboarding of new customers, testing and introducing new products and solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting business reviews, and preparing customer insights for product development.
This role requires several years of experience in Customer Success and/or Key Account Management, with a safe handling of numbers and common computer software. You must have a university or college degree, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and German as a native language and fluent English.
