Job Description
The Vice President of Sales and Business Development will lead the strategy and execution required to aggressively capture competitor-held accounts and expand long-standing customer relationships through structured, value-based selling. The ideal candidate will be a structured, operationally rigorous leader, with a track record of building and managing elite sales teams, executing complex go-to-market strategies, and leading through processes, not personality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior-level sales and business development experience
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales, refuse, environmental services, or a closely related industry
- Proven track record of taking market share from legacy players through structured sales execution and differentiated value selling
