We're hiring a Technical Support Engineer to help top customers solve complex technical problems in apps built on Hercules. You'll handle debugging, provide architecture guidance, and unblock high-value users fast.
You'll own escalations, deep debugging, architecture guidance, incident handling, and knowledge base management. You'll also build automation and surface product gaps.
You should be strong technically, customer-oriented, fast and thorough, and product-minded. You'll work with a team that values urgency, excellence, and hunger.
