Customer Engineer

Hex is hiring a Customer Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team. The role involves working closely with customers to deliver a top-notch technical customer experience, translating valuable customer information into insights for Product, GTM leadership, and more.

Requirements

• Become a Hex product expert capable of guiding customers through initial product setup, asset development, and technical questions
• Work hands-on with our strategic customers to build confidence in Hex, teach Hex best practices, and advise on data curation strategy
• Drive Hex product adoption, experiment with implementation, onboarding and training programs, and identify patterns from customer interactions
