We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a hospitality professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and resolving guest queries and complaints. You will be confident in your decision-making and have a strong focus on Health and Safety.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work across a range of rostered shifts
- Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and remain composed under pressure
- Committed to continuing professional development
- NZQF level 2 or 3 (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) or at least two years of relevant experience
