Job Description
The Digital Learning & Support Trainer Specialist is a mission-critical role that provides hands-on support for digital training programs, handling content updates, technical maintenance, and user support. They also collect data, empower trainers, and improve the learner experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency
- Technical proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms, including Google Workspace
- Troubleshooting & support skills with a patient and helpful demeanor
- Experience with updating and managing digital content within learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong communication skills for creating support documentation and providing clear instructions
