We are a successful food service provider seeking an experienced hospitality manager to oversee the overall control of a workplace restaurant with multiple outlets and a comprehensive event area in Berlin. The tasks include operational management, event management, team leadership, and sales/costs responsibility.

Requirements

• Training or study in the field of hospitality, gastronomy, or event management
• Experience in a comparable F&B leadership position with personnel responsibility
• Experience in event management (conferences, meetings, corporate events, and events with 1,000+ PAX)
• Strong quality, service, and customer orientation
• Business acumen, aspects such as budget planning, budget security, calculation, and contract management
