The tasks include operational management, event management, team leadership, and sales/costs responsibility.
Requirements
- Training or study in the field of hospitality, gastronomy, or event management
- Experience in a comparable F&B leadership position with personnel responsibility
- Experience in event management (conferences, meetings, corporate events, and events with 1,000+ PAX)
- Strong quality, service, and customer orientation
- Business acumen, aspects such as budget planning, budget security, calculation, and contract management
