Requirements
- Vocational training in the field of gastronomy / hotel industry
- Additional qualification, e.g. as hotel business manager, specialist manager in the food and beverage industry, commercial ICA Academy diploma or comparable business administration further education
- Several years of experience in a comparable operational leadership function in business catering (employee restaurants)
- Organizational strength, solution-oriented and a healthy dose of pragmatism
- Emphasis on quality, service and customer orientation
- Good business management skills, strong in administrative business management and business accounting
