The company is looking for a technical expert to join their team to provide professional care for the catering facilities, conceptualize and participate in the planning of new catering units, and implement necessary maintenance and modernization measures.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical degree in the field of 'building & real estate' or 'facility management'
- First professional and project experience
- Knowledge and experience with projects in the catering environment
- Self-responsible, solution-oriented, structured, and reliable work style, as well as a quick grasp
- Business economic competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Outstanding quality and service orientation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Convincing and friendly appearance, good manners
- Secure handling of PC, good user knowledge of standard MS Office programs, CAD software, and ideally SAP
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
- Driver's license
