Job Description
Manager, Talent Development & Culture at Hudbay Minerals, a copper-focused mining company. Maternity leave contract. Reports to Director, Organizational Effectiveness. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing people management processes and culture initiatives, employee development and mentoring, talent reviews and succession planning, engagement and culture, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field required. 5 years of experience in implementing talent development strategies and processes.
Requirements
