Job description
Works as a team member with other IT Support staff on end users with software, hardware, network issues and troubleshooting resolutions. Takes responsibility and is accountable for support tickets until completion and the client is satisfied with the level of service.
Responds to users’ requests for information and assists in problem resolution; escalates to the appropriate IT support personnel in accordance with established help desk policies and standards.
Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions, gather business requirements and translate to technology solutions, work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
