IFS is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join their North American team. The successful candidate will be responsible for account planning, managing customer accounts, and selling additional business to existing customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant sales and account management experience
- Strong understanding of field service, workforce scheduling, warranty, reverse logistics, and mobile solutions
- Ability to carry a quota and achieve consistent quota achievement
- Strategic value selling capability
- Ability to communicate with and persuade C-level decision makers
- Ability to work in a team environment with solution experts
