5-10 years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment. Experience in Cybersecurity or Cyber Risk Management is strongly preferred

7+ years of experience in sales to large complex Federal System Integrators, experience in high growth companies, understanding of senior cybersecurity leaders' challenges, and proven track record of hitting sales quotas

Proven experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or equivalent in a SaaS environment, with a strong background in Cybersecurity or Cyber Risk Management

Proven experience in Customer Success, account management, or equivalent, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects to completion

5+ years work experience in information security, client-facing experience, and IT fundamentals

Enterprise sales experience, building strong relationships, navigating complex buying centres

5+ years work experience in information security, client facing experience, and hands-on experience with Windows & Linux operating systems, security tools, and public cloud environments

6+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or equivalent within a SaaS environment, plus experience working with Federal/Military customers
