Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support for our company's Mac and iPhone users, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, etc.)
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
