The Technical Support Engineer ensures superior customer service by resolving technical issues related to Fiserv data center consolidation/migrations. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving escalated issues from clients and internal teams.
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, maintain ownership of escalated cases, deliver exceptional support, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
