
Job description
Provide technical support to customers and end users for Wave Relay products, serving as a key member of the Technical Support function. This role involves direct customer support, maintaining support continuity, and improving tools, documentation, and workflows.
Troubleshoot networking, hardware, software, and product configuration issues, drive issues through resolution or escalation, and conduct testing and validation on new and existing products.
Ideal for a technically strong, customer-focused professional who wants to grow beyond reactive support into a more strategic role, with opportunities for process improvements and advocacy for operational changes.
