Job Description
Our Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating leads for our field sales teams, building new business for Infor, and nurturing existing customers to drive additional revenue. They will use cutting-edge marketing automation tools to prospect and nurture sales leads, with a focus on opportunity quality and continuous feedback to Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Inside Sales in a B2B environment prospecting into Japan territory
- Patience and excellent communication skills
- Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
- Upbeat, dynamic communicator with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, with exposure to CRM and sales prospecting tools a bonus
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, drive to succeed, and target/results drive
