Product Support Analyst

The Product Support Analyst will provide advanced Tier 3 Application Support to customers of Infor's Pathway product, specializing in Rates Accounting/Water Billing functionality or Regulatory modules. Local Government experience and legislation understanding are desirable. The role involves system testing, analysis, and communication with customers.
