
Job description
We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to support, maintain, and continuously improve inforcer’s Microsoft-first internal environment. This role has broad ownership across the IT stack and is ideal for someone who enjoys varied work and shaping internal IT standards.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenant, configure and maintain Conditional Access, identity protection, device compliance, and baseline policies. Troubleshoot and maintain firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and site-to-site connections. Support Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, and peripherals.
