Join a successful Microsoft Partner with a deep product knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and over 16 years Microsoft Expertise. The team fosters growth for all members, allowing them to continually learn new things and take new opportunities. They are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their team of experienced engineers working across large-scale enterprise clients.
Answer calls and emails, work with the 2nd line team, maintain a knowledge base, update customers, and provide reports and statistical analysis.
