House Manager/Residential Coordinator- ICF

This on-site position involves managing the day-to-day operation of assigned homes for individuals receiving residential services. The Resident Program Manager is responsible for the home environment, vehicle management, financial transactions, habilitation, and data capture. The role is based on a 'four-day work week' and offered as an 'at will' position.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One year of supervisory experience
• Three (3) years of direct support experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clearances and successful passing of background screenings and health clearances
• Basic First Aid
• CPR
